Lost ring (had rider for it) around Valentines day. When I tried calling my agent Karen Holland whose number was disconected. I contacted Allstate, they set me up with another agent but would not ho or my loss tho I have paperwork proving I held a special rider for it. I think they dropped the ball rewriting my insurance & they need to man up and pay me what I've been paying extra for 10 yrs.Shame on Allstate.
