Fraudulent cancellation of life insurance of an 81 year old man and refusal to reinstate a policy maintained carefully for
over sixty years -- under claim of failure to respond to notices (that were with certainty never sent) for a miniscule loan debit
suddenly appearing after telephone conversations that same year with representatives stating "paid up till January 2013".
