i am not a complainer by no means; but this company is deseptive and does not have a good track record for telling the truth. i have had insurance with them for 2 years and when i received their bill with a big increase/ i noticed that a 3 year old speeding ticket should have been taken off. i contacted a gal named erika and she told me that 134.00 would be taken off the 1888.00 bill and it would be 1754.00. i said ok and when i received the bill----the amount was for 2035.00. i called and said it was because of my age. well; i am 2 weeks older than when i talked with them. i am not finished with them. i used to own a chyslwr dealership and this is no6t my first rodeo. i know a lot of people and i will tell this story a lot. explain it to the bbc. bad business.
