• General - I feel abused by this company

I was Forced to transfer from Citizens Ins. To Southern Oak Ins. Company by means of just a letter that my policy was sent to them by Citizens Ins. I tried to explain that I do not want the coverage and wanted to stay with Citizens Ins. That request was denied and a bill was sent to my mortgage servicer which was paid without my permission. When I questioned the mortgage company the response I got was that I needed Insurance coverage and it was paid, I tried to Explain that the premium for the same coverage was doubled, but no one would listen. I would like to know what my options are. Thank You.
