• Claim Handling - Denial of Claim

Farm Bureau's insured pulled out in front of my husband on his motorcycle. Farm Bureau's insured was issued a citation for Failure to Yield and she paid the ticket. The officer investigating the accident even said it was her fault and she even said she didn't see my husband on his bike but Farm Bureau is refusing to be the Insurance they claim they are and pay the claim. It has totaled my husband's 2012 Harley Davidson Cruiser and we have $15,000 in emergency room bills.
