• Claim Handling - Rude/Abusive Adjuster
• General - I feel abused by this company

my vehicle was stolen and burned. it was stolen from the parking lot where I work. the adjuster hasn't come right out and said it but she is insinuating i had it done.she has dug into my personal and financial life. If I could not have afforded the car I would never had gotten it. It has been over four months. The adjuster talks down to people and doesn't want or like to answer questions but she has a lot of her own. My agent,I respect. She has heard and seen the way the adjuster is. Allstate could care less. They say."YOU ARE IN GOOD HANDS WITH ALLSTATE". Thats fine as long as they are getting your money but forget all about you when you need them.I always thought allstate was the best out there. After reading other complaints I am beginning to see the true ALLSTATE. Would I recommend anyone to allstate. The answer is HELL NO. Thing is I have recommended people to them before. So everyone I did recommend I am sorry I sent you to them.I heard of someone else with the same problem as me. She also has been going through hell with allstate about her vehicle beening stolen and burned. The adjusters they have have NO heart or care about their customers just their paycheck. I know we all need jobs but come on now you need to help people not try to screw them over.I work at a construction site so I guess they feel thats something in their favor when it comes to screwing me because car was out in the open and not garaged,so good luck to anyone who has a claim against allstate.
