I owned a direct P&C agency and an independent agency since 1971 and home fires was the hardest to explain to clients because of the time involved. I own investment property so between insuring and working contractors I understand how they work.
I ran across a FEMA article on structural damages after a major loss which caught my attention but I was busy building my own home myself to follow up. But between the wind, rain, no show contractors and a hurricane I just about lost my mind, marriage and property. All I need to do was add to my experience loosing EVERYTHING, RECORDS, PHONE NUMBERS, CLOTHING, MEDICINES, PICTURES AND MAYBE FAMILY MEMBERS and I could FINALLY SEE WHAT MY CLIENTS WERE ACTUALLY GOING THROUGH.

So I went on to become a contractor and working with International Code Code. Whether it is man made global warning or simply God does what he has always weather pattern changes must be dealt with just like we see in New Jersey.

So we got others involved like the Better Business Bureau, Red Cross, Board of Realtors, Bureau of Insurance, building inspectors offices, Fire Departments and we worked behind the clients to see through their eyes. We had documented the very best and very worst experiences AND WE SEE THE DIFFERENCE.


FOR THE GOOD RESULTS. We found on TV a fire loss and in less that 30 days the adjuster cut a check. We sent back our follow up team in a blind feed back to see if they can uncover any issues we missed. The person was overly pleased with their new home, time frame, AND INSURANCE COMPANY. We went to one last week about 100 mile in a different direction and saw the claims jacket. We stated to the owners this is the best company we have deal with ONLY to find it was the same adjuster. In 2 days we have his report if the owner wants to use us. But we also do things for the owners which involved the neighbors which helps them as well.

I only put State Farm because we had to pick one on the list and they are the largest in Virginia NOT because we have a problem with them but they can benefit as well.

FOR INSURANCE COMPANY EXECUTIVES RESPONSIBLE FOR THE BOTTOM LINE......... COME SEE US. If you haven't smelt the smoke,see life saving in plies waiting to go to the dump and faces of the families digging in the remains you are missing the opportunity the industry gave you ..........TO HELP PEOPLE.....AND IT DOESN'T COST MORE BUT IT COST LESS TO DO IT. Send us your older and lower value properties and compare our overall results to your. We are not lawyers or public adjuster and you will see our cost is less than your overall results.We can show happy clients after a fire for TV commercials and maybe your company is one of them.
