Coverage Type: Flood Insurance

• Underwriting - Premium Too High

For over twenty years I have been paying for flood insurance
in a wrong flood zone. My zone should be AH7 and instead I have been paying for A01 zone. For the past several months I have been in contact with my agent and with Allstate flood underwriting department but have gotten no refund. It is admitted by Allstate that an error has been made but they will not correct the problem. I am requesting a refund for overpayment of premium.
