  • General - I feel abused by this company

Few Months back during heavy wind storm,my back yard fence with Gazebo got destroyed.I called my adjuster and explained to him the situation.This guy asked me to sent the photographs of the fallen fence and gazebo and asked the length of the damaged portion.As per his request I had emailed him all the information.Without coming physically to check on site he comes with a misleading calculations no where closer to what I paid.I had paid closer to $2000 for the new fence without a gazebo.When I called him to complained about his unfair compensation amount, he came up with lots of stupid reasons to defend his calculation,while the conversation was going on and I was trying to point out his mistakes he hang up on me and didnt even called back to justify his calculation.From this kind of his attitude I can deduce that god forbids if something big happens to my property this company will not compensate me enough to replace my property but will leave me out on the road without any clothes on the body.Iam hunting for some alternate company to insure my cars and house.This American Family are good at ripping off their clients

I had a similiar experience and I switched to Chubb.
