• Underwriting - Refusal to Insure
• PolicyHolder Service - Denied Access to Services
• PolicyHolder Service - Abusive Service
• PolicyHolder Service - Unfair Negotiation

Paid for full coverage insurance when we received our policy and insurance cards in the mail a month later they were accompanied by another letter stating "application not accepted during initial underwriting period. Robin Sidbury has undisclosed criminal history". What is THAT supposed to mean? Why is a "crimial history" important if it does not apply, is not there, and not asked for initially? Never had this happen before. Totally insulted, feel violated. Down right unprofessional. This company should be closed down. I (Cheryl Sidbury) am so mad I feel like suing for defamation. My husband and I are business owners and have worked hard to build a decent reputation and now THIS is sent to us from these bottom feeders.
