i was in a car accident in march 2011 it had been 1 year an 8 months it was not my fault why is yuo all giving me such a hard time i just want to know why is it taking so long they just holding my claim i pay my bill every month never had a accident i was hit by someone i though you all was one of the best insurance company i keep thinking what happen with you in good hands with allstate can you tell me what is the problem allstate the way yall is doing it make people dont want to carry your insurance can some one tell me what is the hold up with my claim....
