  • Underwriting - Unfair Surcharge
  • PolicyHolder Service - Inadequate Service
  • PolicyHolder Service - Incompetent Employees
  • PolicyHolder Service - Abusive Service
  • Marketing & Sales - Misrepresentation
  • General - I feel abused by this company

I was charged $105.00 for not renewing - their price was almost double what I am now paying. Threats to send to collection, sue or whatever - they couldn't care less. I sent them a form letting them know I was going elsewhere. Since I did not send it by certified mail I cannot prove that they have it.

Since when are we required to renew with the same company. Don't trust them.
