MY AUTOMOBILE WAS VANDALIZED AND WAS DEEMED INOPERABLE. A whole was drilled in my oil pan causing the engine to seize when my girlfriend went to drive it. Claim was under investigation for 4 months, the entire time i was out of a vehicle and rental car coverage was not in my policy (big mistake. i provided the investigator with everything he asked for. They actually claimed that after 4 months that it was there determination through there investigations that i did this to my own vehicle. the investigator out right refused to obtain the servailance footage to the entrance of where my vehicle was located at the time. he assured me that he doesent feel it is neccessary to view the tapes at the time. mike hull was the investigator, triccia mittig was the adjuster and lin mcmillen is the supervisor. I am now in the process of taking them to small claims court. worst expierence i have ever had. thank you
