I was hit by a girl with USAA insurance. She admitted everythig. USAA psid for my car but is refusing to pay for my medical bills. I did not want to file a law suit, I just wanted my bils paid. Nothing else. I did everything they have asked and followed their instructions. Now they say since I did not file a law suit thy do not have to pay. I am being left with the aftermath of the injury and the aftermath of the bills.
