Hurricane Isaac wind damages filed claim. Nationwide subcontracted to boulder in colarado claims. Boulder contracted adjusters and denied claim even though adjuster sited damages and took picyures. Several claims denied says local rep. I sent request for refund of recent payment registered certified mail. Miss. Wind denies receiving even though they signed three green us post office forms. Miss wind manager laughed at me being hurricane victim twice. Manager is at least non sensitive and worst idiot. He quotes Katrina statistics about hurricane costs. I lived many hurricanes and know many insurance horror stories. Insurance denied legitimate claim, deductible depreciation etc. All mr little is concerned was his profit. 1 denied hurricane damage claim 2 failed to answer 3 written requests for refund.3 denied receiving requests signed by windstorm employee.4 not taking timely action, if I failed to pay premium within 10 days policy would cancel. Insurance has ignored claim over two months. Adjusters promised copy of written report. None given. Local office promised refund two weeks ago. No refund to date.
