I was REAR-ended on 09Jun12. After 10 weeks of dealing with one delay tactic after another, being avoided, and ignored, Kemper refuses to repair my truck. The repair shop they recommended did not perform a vehicle inspection, they did not discuss the damages with me, they put a bumper on my truck and said it was done (even though my vehicle was towed into the repair shop). The agents at Kemper were very unresponsive and unprofessional. I have to file a small claims case to have my vehicle repaired. I WAS REAR-ENDED! I would NEVER recommend Kemper Insurance to ANYONE. They are the worst company I have ever dealt with. Same company, different name. Sincerely, Another pissed-off Kemper customer
