The insurance is Home Of Texas, Builder's Risk. Owners sued builder, Velta Construction, Inc. Home of Texas settled with the owners for over $50,000. Velta Construction, Inc. was forced into bankruptcy due to all the litigation. Velta Construction, Inc. bought the insurance policy and now the law firm of Gibley and McWilliams,(610-627-9500) have been hired by Home of Texas to sue the president of Velta Construction, Inc. for $130,832.32.
