I have an infection in my mouth, and with Hepitis C, infections are critical. and need to take care of infection. Transplants letter to doctors was completely ignored by Doctors.medicare, and insurance.I am very disatisfied with the way I was treated by JMH Jackson Health plans reps, they are totally unaware of how procedures run. They constantly say they don't know what to do about me. I am liver transplant patient and have critical ITP. when I call medicare for help they are completely in the dark they had no idea whats going On my first visit to ACDC dental clinic was on 3/18/2010 They never did an x ray or exam they want to know what need to be done. They collected info told me to make appts with other doctors to get things going. I kept my hemotologist appt. and brought them back to doctors office I spent out of my pocket $583 in dental for 2010 and they finally told me I was in the wrong place. From there I went to dentalquest so they provided me with Dr Signs. Dr examined my teeth decided which ones needed to extracted Dr signs Took immpression of my teeth and told me the insurance covers it. well they didn't and Dr signs says my credit is on the line if I don't pay for the imppressions. So I paid $400 for them. Then Dr signs was denied by medicare to do procedure because she 's not qualified to do extractions in hospital settings.now in past 2010and2011 Ive spent close to $1000.oo and the only thing I had done was 1 exam. that's suppose to be free.now wer'e 2012 Ive been to my new doctor whom charges $150 office + 190 for doctor. which is $340.00 a visit so far I have three visit's that's a total of $1020 so far. This year so far from 2010 to 2012 I have paid $1500.00. On Monday sept 9 thay called my house to set up outpatient surgery. I was finally Going to get my mouth fixed. This morning September 13th they called me and told my insurance denied the procedure. I asked the rep why? she said in these exact words I don't Know. and she doesn't know what to say. so now what do I do. When I call Jackson customer service they have no Idea and no records showing any procedures at all. I have JMH med ins I have medicare and I have medicaid why Is this happennig. Please find me some Help
