  • Claim Handling - Unsatisfactory Settlement/Offer

I was hit by one of their members. I received the run-around from the 1st time I contacted them. They continued to move me from person to person...it was ridiculous!

Then I wanted to close my claim and they sent me an offer that didn't even cover my medical bills let alone my time from work. The second and final offer of which they were very rude covered my medical but only covered about 20% of my lost wages.

This is bad business and I hope no one gets hit by one of their members. This is horrible business!

Thank god my coverage is with a better company with morals and ethics!!!!
