  • General - I feel abused by this company

I was severly mistreated by the female manager/assistant manager when I arrived Saturday morning September 1,2012.After a newly hired employee told me she was new on the job and someone else will have to help me with me insurance renewal.I said ok.and then I took the Geico flyer away from her and was about to take a seat when suddenly The lady who opened the office said to me in a threatening/agressive tone:You don't have to treat her like that! She is a new employee and you can call the toll free number for your quote or wait until I get through with this man sitting here or leave! And I don't like your "Body Language"!I replied "My Body language"; That can be anything! She turned back to another customer and replied."That was rediculous! Still stunned about what just happened I took a seat on the opposite end of the room.After waiting for some time.I asked the new employee would she be able to process a check on I went and got it she said yes.At the same time I was talking to the new employee I got the same agressive/threatening/menancing stare from the same famale employee/manager.Who again said to me:You are pushing me the wrong way .I'll tell you what"just leave"! I replied :I think I do Just that! and shoved their brochure over the desk counter and immediately walked out.I feel she need to be replaced/license suspended/fired for such unprofessional/agressive behavior toward a GEICO customer during opening business hours.
