• PolicyHolder Service - Delays/No Response
• Claim Handling - Delays upon Delays
• General - I feel abused by this company

While entering the intersection of Parker Road and Main St, I had to break for a police car crossing in front of me.

I was rear ended by a driver covered by Allstate Insurance. The police soon charged the Allstate driver with careless driving.

Multiple calls over multiple years to Allstate and they have consistently refused to repair the damage.

I sense they find their refusal to meet their obligations funny. I certainly don't. Now they just don't return calls.

Just beware here, whether what they have done, are doing, is legal I have no idea, but if this is their definition of good hands, I strongly recommend you stay clear of them.
