I have PORAC Anthem Blue Cross PPO 90-10. My son broke his wrist snowboarding in March. We took him to our local urgent care instead of the hospital emergency room. He received an exam, X-ray, brace and then later a hard cast. He had two follow-up visits. Total Bill = $975.00

ATHEM BLUE CROSS PAID $28.78 (Twenty Eight dollars and 78 cents)
