I am a physical therapist. Because of my job, I am entitled a car insurance discount because I am a member of the APTA American Physical Therapy Association. According to GEICO, I am entitled to that policy discount; however, they are finding excuses not to give it to me by saying that I do not qualify. I am a physical therapist. If I don't qualify, then who does? Please help me.

Request a letter stating why you are not entitled to the discount. That might do the trick...they won't put it writting if you are entitled!
