I CHANGED OWNERSHIP FROM MY TRUST TO A CO-TRUST WITH MY WIFE. MY OTHER INSURANCE COMPANY, NEW YORK LIFE COME TO MY HOME AND MADE THE CHANGES AND WE SIGNED THE FORMS. HE THEN SAID IT WAS NECESSARY TO CHANGE THE BENEFICIARY. I NOTIFIED W & S AND THEY SENT A FORM. I FILLED OUT THE FORM AND THEN REC'D A LETTER FROM THE POLICY SERVICE DEPT TELLING ME THAT THEY CAN'T PROCESS MY REQUEST. NO INFORMATION ON HOW TO FILL OUT THE FORM, NO PHONE CALL, NO HELP PERIOD. BE NICE IF AN AGENT WOULD VISIT US LIKE NEW YORK LIFE DID. ALVIN C. APPEL
