• Claim Handling - Unjustified Accusations

I was going to get a purchase by Mark Jackson for my family and I. I cancelled the policy before it went into effect due to the fact that his significant other went through his cell phone and found some of my insurance policy info. as well as my family members in his phone. Because of her insecurities she harrased me regarding the results of my mothers policy. I am very upset at this matter and will be reporting this matter to state board A.S.A.P. This is very unprofesstional for this agent to have left my family and I information in his cell phone which his significant other claims to be her phone. I would not recomend Mark A. Jackson to anyone to do business with.
