Coverage Type: Homeowners Insurance

• Underwriting - Cancellation
• PolicyHolder Service - Inadequate Service
• Marketing & Sales - Misleading Advertising
• General - I feel abused by this company

we have been notifed by company named FLORIDA PENINSULA INSURANCE COMPANY that our policy will be cancelled on 09/01/2012. This company has given a reason for cancellation of: Your home is ineligible for coverage due to the presence of an ineligible breed of dog.

What ever that is. no breed specified nor no reference to same in our policy. This inturn is causing our mortgage company to issue a forclosure notice to us. We are not behind on payments nor have we been late with same.
