  • PolicyHolder Service - Incompetent Employees
  • PolicyHolder Service - Delays/No Response

WILL VERY SIMPLE YOU TRY TO GET A QUOTE WITH PROGRESSIVE'
AND THEY TELL YOU WHAT YOU ARE PAYING ON INSURANCE AND IS
ABOUT 30% LESS FROM WHAT THEYRE OFFERING YOU THEY STILL WANT YOU TO GET THEIR INSURANCE, BUT IS NOT TRUTH ABOUT LOWER PAYMENTS THEY HAVE TO MANY COMMERCIAL ON TV AND RADIO AND SPEND TO MUCH MONEY ON THAT AND THEY WANT THE PUBLIC TO PAY FOR IT?
THIS IS BAD PRACTICE IN MY EYES I THINK IM RIGHT IN THE OTHER HAND IM AN INSURANCE AGENT MY SELF FOR THE LAST 29 YEARS OF MY LIFE SO I UNDERSTAND HOW BUSSINESS IS RUN I TELL THIS TO EVERYONE OUT THERE STAY AWAY FROM PROGRESSIVE INSURANCE
