  • Claim Handling - Delays upon Delays

Left another Company for Humana Medicare, what a horrible experience. When calling customer service (That's a misnomer) you get jerked around from one to another and finally get told "we do not know". Presently have five claims submitted by a provider for services rendered "in review" and no one can tell me why? Provider ceased treatment until this gets settled. DO NOT EVER GO WITH HUMANA>
