I am reporting a fraud commited by the claims manager who acted with the obligees attorneys to hide the existance of a large surety bond untill the date to clame had passed.
Dear Mr. Smith:
RLI Insurance Company (RLI) received your claim correspondence on September 27 and RLI set up the above captioned claim file to investigate and handle your claim correspondence. Pursuant to our telephonic correspondence RLI informed you that it has written to C & A 1560, LLC by e-mail and fax giving it notice of your claim. RLI has received a reply that C & A 1560, LLC has received RLI’s correspondence notifying it of your Company’s claim. RLI has been told that Mr. Greenwald is out of the office today, but is expected to be in tomorrow.



RLI is attempting to get C & A 1560, LLC to deal with you directly on this to resolve the matter. Also, you have been informed by RLI that you are free to enforce the Bond in a Court of Law should you desire.

RLI will update you on your claim once it has more information. RLI replies to you without waiver or prejudice of any of its rights.

Mr. Everett:
I am writing to inform you that due to the delay caused you, re;"conflict of interest?" and the unethical actions of atornies for C & A 1560 LLC I have missed the statute of limitations date for claiming this money from the clerks office. My business of 15 yrs will now have to close and some 20 employees are unemployed. I will spend my time getting this "Fraud" rectified through government authorities

I am reporting fraud by the Surety and the attorneys representing the obligee.
I was not informed of the existance of a surety bond.
The claims manager said it was a matter of "conflict of interest" "we are not required to inform you"
I was the victum of three attornys who hid the facts as well and saw that any a registerd notification by the Miami clerks office was sent a non existant address for our firm.
