  • PolicyHolder Service - Payment Not Credited
  • PolicyHolder Service - Inadequate Reimbursement
  • PolicyHolder Service - Unfair Negotiation
  • Claim Handling - Unsatisfactory Settlement/Offer
  • General - I feel abused by this company

We cancelled our policy as we found State Farm is less expensive and offers more benefits and services.
We were paying monthly. When we cancelled our policy, Progressive had charged us another month and will not give back the leftover money.
They are sending us around the merry-go-round.
at this time they owe us $154.and change.
We tried to explain, but we are getting a runaround.

Our monthly payment was $116. and change.
They owe us for one and one third payment.

This is exactly why you stay away from the insurance companies that do a lot of advertising. I hope you don't have a claim with your new insurance company. If you do you will see what I mean.
