My Laundry room flooded and the water leaked into my garage due to the washing machine not being installed properly and when I called Allstate I spoke to Rebecca Stephenson who was very rude and nasty to me basically told me there was nothing they could do because I\'m covered up to 2,000 dollars in damages and I\'m responsible to pay the rest I was fine with that .The only help I got was she called a water damage company and that\'s it and she didn\'t file a claim. She was a bully and refused to cancel my policy when I called the next day to cancel it. I switched home owners insurance and I\'m with Liberty Mutual and my agent Steven called Allstate and spoke to Rebecca Stephenson and she gave him a hard time
